Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.

• Your reservation includes setup, session time, and cleanup. Please reserve enough time to accommodate your entire visit.

• Reservations may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Cancellations made within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.

Please arrive on time, as early access cannot be guaranteed.

The studio must be vacated by the end of your reserved time. Additional rental fees may apply for overtime, subject to availability.

The studio accommodates a maximum of 15 guests.

Your reservation includes access to the studio and available amenities. Specialty décor, event rentals, catering, and additional equipment are not included unless arranged in advance.

Furniture and props may be rearranged during your reservation. Please return all items to their original location before departure.

Please leave the studio clean and in the same condition it was found.

Dispose of all trash before leaving.

Glitter, confetti, smoke effects, open flames, and anything that may damage the studio or backdrops are prohibited.

Additional cleaning, repair, or replacement fees may be assessed for excessive mess or damage.

Light refreshments are welcome. Please clean up all food and beverages before your reservation ends.

Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

Smoking, vaping, and illegal substances are not permitted inside the studio.

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their reservation.

The Still Haus Creative Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.
